Terms & Conditions 77cuci — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

In this document, certain terms are used with specific meanings to aid clarity. "Platform" refers to the 77cuci.best website and all services contained within it. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 77cuci. "77cuci" refers to the company that operates and runs this platform. "Account Balance" refers to the total amount in MYR held in a member's account at any given time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 77cuci platform in Malaysia and cover every aspect of the services offered — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, promotions, and the VIP programme. Any new services introduced in the future will also be subject to these terms unless stated otherwise.

To use 77cuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, different phone numbers, or any other method — are strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated without a refund of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. • The registered name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for transactions.

All financial transactions on the 77cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. 77cuci does not accept or process any transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

For withdrawal, the minimum amount is RM 20 per request. Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 77cuci account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

VIP tier is determined based on cumulative wagering within the current period and may change monthly depending on account activity. Weekly cashback, upgrade bonuses, and other VIP tier-related benefits are subject to conditions set by 77cuci and may change at any time with appropriate notice.

Sports Betting at 77cuci covers a wide range of international and local sports, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, horse racing, and virtual sports. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and may not be cancelled by the member, except under circumstances specified by 77cuci (such as an obvious system error).
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account.
• For in-play betting, all outcomes are based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body — not the live broadcast, which may be subject to delay.
• 77cuci reserves the right to restrict or reject any bets from members found to be exploiting odds errors or using methods we deem unfair.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or clearly mispriced odds to obtain illegitimate winnings.

There are two main scenarios in which a 77cuci account may be terminated or suspended:

At the member's request: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 77cuci customer support via live chat. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances — meaning balances not subject to any unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method. The closure process takes 3–5 business days.

At 77cuci's discretion: 77cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if:

• The member is found to have violated any term in this document.
• The member has engaged in fraudulent activity or dishonest conduct.
• The registration information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Account activity showing signs of money laundering or other illegal activity.
